Our Goal
Willow Women’s Center is a non-profit organization that offers quality medical services and resources to women who are or might be unexpectedly pregnant at no-cost. We do this to help women receive the medical care they need, and to be informed on each option so they can make healthy choices for themselves.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if I am pregnant?
The most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period, though there are others like: a sudden onset of fatigue, tender or swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting, and food cravings or aversions. There is no single symptom that guarantees you are pregnant, which is why it’s important to take a pregnancy test and have an ultrasound performed. Both of these services are offered at no cost at Willow Women’s Center.
Why do I need an ultrasound?
While a positive pregnancy test indicates you are pregnant, it does not confirm a pregnancy by medical standards. An ultrasound will do that, as well as tell you how far along you are, where the pregnancy is located, and whether it is viable. This is all valuable information to help you stay healthy as you consider your options. Willow Women’s Center offers no-cost, limited obstetrical ultrasounds to those who have had positive pregnancy tests at our center.
What are the signs of an STD?
While there are a few known Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) symptoms, like painful urination and unusual discharge, STDs are symptom-less the majority of the time. This does not mean they cannot cause harm to you. At Willow Women’s Center, we can test for the two most common STDs in the United States: Chlamydia and Gonorrhea at no cost to you. We can refer you for testing of other STDs and refer for treatment, if necessary.
How much do your services costs?
All of the services provided by Willow Women’s Center are at no cost. We do not charge any fees so that every woman who might be unexpectedly pregnant can get the information she needs to make the best possible decision for herself.
If I'm under 18, do I need to bring a parent with me?
Willow Women’s Center serves women of all ages with no-cost services and resources. If you are under 18, you do not need to bring a parent with you. All of our services are confidential so no one will find out until you are ready to tell them. Our main priority is making sure you are healthy and informed about the options you have.
What if I don't have insurance or if I'm under my parents insurance?
Because all of the services offered by Willow Women’s Center are free, we do not have to report anything to an insurance company. This way, no matter your financial circumstances, you can receive the services and resources you need at our center.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
You are more than welcome to bring a trusted friend, family member, or your partner with you to your appointment at Willow.
Do you perform or refer for abortions?
Since Willow Women’s Center does not financially profit from the choice you make we do not perform nor refer for abortions. We do provide no-cost medical services and information so you have what you need to make the best possible decision.
